* Full membership of the BSME is open to serving editors, website editors, editors-in-chief and editorial directors of recognised consumer, business and contract magazines published in the UK.
It costs £80.00 plus VAT (£94) per annum.

* Associate membership is open to former editors, editors-in-chief and editorial directors and to serving deputy editors, managing editors, art directors, assistant editors and sections heads (ie fashion editors, beauty editors, chief sub-editors etc). Associate membership may also be granted to other senior editorial staff at the discretion of the committee. The cost is £55.00 plus VAT (£64.63) per annum.

A cheque, made payable to the British Society of Magazine Editors, should be attached to this application form. Membership is at the discretion of the Committee; your money will be refunded if your application is not successful.

Membership runs until 31st December 2008 and is personal to the applicant, regardless of the method of payment.
