Early Bird tickets must be booked and paid for on or before Sunday 22 October 2023. If payment is not received by this date the full rate will apply. Please pay by credit card to ensure your payment is received by us the same day.
Full price tickets must be booked and paid for on or before Friday 10 November 2023.
Table bookings are priced at 10 guests, for the price of 9. If booked by a current BSME member, all table guests receive member price.
No bookings or changes to dietary requirements will be accepted after Friday 10 November 2023.
Guests of members are charged at the non member rate (if not a member of the society).
